Sweatsedo Shipping Policy
Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. No credit is given for lost packages. Non-returnable items sent back to us will not be returned and no exchange or credit will be issued. We do not issue credits of any sort for shipment delays due to weather related issues or other events beyond the control of Sweatsedo and our shipping carriers (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.). Events include airport closings and natural disasters. Most shipments will be delivered between the house of 10am and 7pm.

International Shipping
We use UPS International Priority and Economy and USPS for International shipping.
Shipping to Canada there are different speeds for shipping all done through UPS. The shipping charge at checkout includes duties, taxes, etc.
International customers (excluding Canada): Please note, we will only ship your order to your credit card billing address. Your address will be verified via MasterCard/Visa before your shipment. You are responsible for any duties, taxes, etc. imposed on your order. For more information, please contact customs. We typically use USPS (6-10 day delivery) for international shipments
